I was looking for ways to improve the structure of my house so I didn't have to worry about anything during retirement. A neighbour had new gutters, fascias & soffits installed to prefent some damp issues they were having and I decided to look into it myself. I contacted Home Comforts who visited my home to give me a price. They explained all of the cost and prices clearly so everything was understood. They also gave me a very good price I could not refuse. The fitters were very professional and the work they did is flawless. I would recommend Home Comforts to anyone looking to improve any guttering.

We were looking to replace my double glazing after they has started to fog on the inside and shopped around for quotes from the various big companies. We got in touch with Home Comforts who arranged for a rep to come to give us a quote. As soon as the rep arrived we knew he was a professional. He brought all of the demonstration equipment and, after a quick look, advised that it was just the glass itself that would need replacing and Home Comforts could do this much cheaper with their Sealed Units. The double glazing is now fog free and looking fantastic! We would definitely recommend Home comforts for anyone's glazing needs.

Me and my husband decided to replace all of our existing double glazing after quite a harsh winter that had left drafts and damp. We first contacted Home Comforts after a friend recommended them after having their double glazing replaced. The salesman came to our house to measure up and give us a quote which turned out to be the best value compared to anyone else. They demonstrated how their product is more efficient and would save money on our heating. After the installation team had installed the windows they left the house looking nice and clean and tidied up after themselves (which is rare these days!). Home Comforts definitely know what they are doing and would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their double glazing.

I contacted Home Comforts after wanting to upgrade my single glazed windows with double glazing. They came out and gave me a full demo of the different window systems they do and the differences in how much energy they save compared to other windows. I was very impressed and decided to go ahead as the price was very good and they could replace my existing wooden frames with new ones of similar style. The fitters were outstanding and very polite. The double glazing was fantasting and I don't know how I lived without them! It's probably the warmest winter I've ever had! Anyone looking to upgrade their windows should definitely contact Home Comforts.

Excellent service. The guys fitted new fascias, suffits and guttering on our semi-detached house in Skipton this week, despite fairly torrential rain at times. They cleaned up after themselves, and the roofline looks much better. Very competitive prices, would recommend.

Had a fabulous conservatory roof fitted over four and half days last week. Craig and his partner (dad) grafted from 7.30 am each day and worked over weekend. Everyone from sales through to plasterers, who touched up some holes I had, have been friendly and helpful throughout Everywhere was left clean and tidy including garden. Highly recommend this company and planning to use them again soon for a new front door!

I had a full loft conversion done, my stone slate roof replaced, new guttering, and a new composite front door. All done to a quality standard, and the workers were dedicated, and very polite.

Last week Home Comforts replaced our 20 year old conservatory roof with a more modern, Tapco tiled roof and added two Velux windows. The transformation is unbelievable, what was once a leaking dumping ground now looks like a brand new extension on our home. I’m quite sceptical of ‘unknown’ companies but the service was exceptional from start to finish and would definitely recommend/use them again. Ste came and gave us the initial quote, he is very polite and informative and has a laid back no pressure selling approach, even phoning well in advance to inform us the job would be delayed due to bad weather. The two workmen arrived promptly over the three days, working none stop to get the job finished, these lads didn’t stop for a break at all. As part of our quote we had a whole wall boarded and plastered. Again the two lads that came to plaster arrived on time. Everyone that worked on the job was friendly, polite and always cleaned up after themselves.

Great door, sound security. Fitted fast and effectively with no issues and at the best price on the high street. 10/10 would recommend.
